Annapolis Pediatrics - Crofton

We love Dr. Tsegaye. She sees both of my children and she’s always so helpful. She answers all of our questions and we never feel rushed. My toddler ran into her in the hall and gave her a big hug and was so excited to see her. She’s a real gem. Her medical assistants and nurses are always great too. The office can sometimes be hard to get into for same day appointments but the nurse line makes this a little better. Megan the lactation consultant is also great too.

I just love Dr. Lester! I have three boys who see him. In every experience, he’s amazing with the kids. Dr. Lester is engaging, he’s patient, and has such an amazing bedside manner. I never feel rushed, and he always thoroughly answers any questions or concerns that I raise. 100% would recommend to everyone!!!!

We have been seen three times at this practice since joining a few months ago. We loved our previous practice, but moved an hour away so it wasn’t practical to stay. The doctors we have seen here have been great and the staff are very nice.It used to be impossible to get a sick day appointment, however they have changed their practices and usually you can get one even on the weekends much more easily than about a year ago.We haven’t had to wait long once we are in the office which is helpful. The Crofton office is a bit run down and the one of the Annapolis offices was so small my husband, two year old, myself and our one week old barely fit. However, they have added some beautiful murals to the walls to make the place more enjoyable for the kids.Lastly, they have a patient portal system but usually if you message a doctor, someone will just call you and schedule you an appointment. We are used to Hopkins practices where they will support small medical issues via the portal instead of dragging your child in for very obvious conditions. It’s not a deal breaker by any means, it’s a hopeful upgrade!

Annapolis Pediatrics and specially Dr. Rice has been our provider for over 20 years. We have always received excellent service, good advice and follow up. We are thankful to have found this practice when our first child was born.

Dr. Camille Robinson is amazing! We had recently switched pediatricians and were scheduled with her by chance. She has gone above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and has provided extra resources/information for our son regarding his genetic condition. We have now switched to the crofton office to see her for all of my 2 year old and 2 month olds check ups! The office staff is super friendly and welcoming. I can’t rave more about their great service. So so so happy we found such a great doctor to care for our babies.

The staff is very friendly and there is no long wait after you have checked in. We love Dr. Camille Robinson for her relaxing tone and professionalism. My children appreciate the time and concern that the doctor demonstrated.

I cannot recommend Dr. Mark enough! He is a wonderful pediatrician who provides excellent care. He is truly awesome with my daughter, and the level of service he provides is top-tier. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional doctor. Five stars!

This practice is great. We've had to have a few appointments this year, and the follow up and diagnosis was exactly what we needed to get to the bottom of an ongoing problem. Dr. Fonseka and Dr. Robinson were both amazing. They spend real time with their patients, it never feels rushed or like our problems were ignored.

First time mom! I was very overwhelmed when looking around for pediatricians in my area. My OBGYN actually recommended this practice! I took their online welcome orientation and they eased my worries so I tried them out! Stayed with this practice ever since and I love this location! Dr. Rice is who sees my child primarily but all the doctors we have seen (sick visits) have been wonderful! They have some doctors who are bilingual in Spanish (Dr. Rice is one of them) which makes it convenient when my mom has to bring my child in! Easy to make appointments and the nurse’s line (during office hours and out of office hours) answer promptly! Highly recommend!!

My baby is going on 4 months old n dr Lester is so great with her n addresses all our concerns n guides us on our new parents journey. Our daughter also loves him n smiles when she sees him

Dr Lester and the Annapolis pediatrics team is amazing… he is able to connect with the older patients and has seen my son for YEARS… very grateful for the relationship my 18 year old son has been able to form with him throughout the years …take my point of view and views on medical and would definitely recommend 😊

I’ve been taking my son to this practice for 2 years and each visit has been painless and informative. Although we haven’t seen all the physicians but we’ve had the best experience with every pediatrician we have seen there.

I have visited this office on two separate occasions, and while the doctor and nurse were both very kind, professional, and attentive, my experience at the front desk has been consistently disappointing. The same front desk staff member displayed an unwelcoming attitude both times. There was no greeting, no smile, and the interactions felt dismissive and unnecessarily cold. In a healthcare setting, especially when families and children are involved, a warm and respectful approach is important. I would strongly recommend additional customer service training for front desk staff to ensure a more positive and welcoming experience for patients. The care provided by the clinical team was excellent, but the front desk experience needs improvement.

All the physicians, and staff have been wonderful! I can always get an appointment, if not at this location another one nearby. The triage line has also been helpful too. Everyone is kind, respectful, and patient. They listen intently and show care and compassion. I always get in with our same preferred doctor for scheduled visits. When we had a big issue arise we weren’t brushed off as over concerned new parents, instead the Dr listened intently, sent us to the ER and called ahead to make sure they knew what was happening. She caught an issue that others may not have addressed as urgently and it resulted in surgery on my 3 week old who is now a thriving toddler. I’ll always be grateful for her!

I absolutely love this practice. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. You can easily get an appointment and they have other offices in the area as well.

My experience today was nothing but amazing. The entire office is super clean, knowledgeable and personable. This is the new pediatrician for my 7 year old and newborn. I was very pleased with Christina Madena. She is so knowledgeable in children pediatrics and the well-being of kids and I love that. Nurse Kara was amazing too. The two receptionist are super friendly! I give this place 10 stars. I am a happy mother, now!

Came for our newborn appointment. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgable, and patiently answered our questions. I especially appreciate the separated “sick” and “well” sections. With it being RSV, flu, and COVID season, it put me a little more at ease.

This review is long overdue but I would highly recommend Annapolis Pediatrics. My 3 year old has seen different physicians and nurses at this location and all of them have been great. Dr. Lester is my daughter’s primary physician and he is amazing - he is genuinely kind, listens to our concerns and makes us feel at ease as first time parents. We’ve also had sick visits with Dr. Tucker, Dr. Tsegaye, Dr. Hill & Dr. Fonseka and everyone is genuinely kind and patient. We are truly thankful for all of the staff, nurses & doctors at Annapolis Pediatrics for all of the care and support they provide.

I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician office. From the office staff, nurses and physicians they truly care and have served my family with kindness and provide us with excellent medical care! We see Dr.Lester and he is always patient and truly listens to my concerns!

I love Doctor and all the nurses here they all friendly and very helpful . But 1 lady at the front desk is so grumpy I got 2 bad experiences with her. The first 1 is last year before I left I walk and try to make appointment for next visit in 6 months (because the paper they gave me say make appointment before leave , I guess it old paper) . Front desk said no you have to call in 3 months I will be ok if she not sigh roll her eyes and shake her head also say something I didn’t hear. Second time today I filled out the paperwork because it not go through when I do it online after I got to see the doctor they ask me to fill it again. After I done I brought it back to the lady at the front desk because she is the one to have that to me and she ask me that the nurse see it I couldn’t hear so I trying to explain “the doctor want me to do because it not go through when I do it online. She yell yes it not go though that why we ask you to do it again I don’t know why she is so grumpy and mad at me she ask me couple questions after it with a bad mood . I think is the same lady from last year I don’t know know what get her in the bad mood but when you working with people you should keep it inside . I still love the doctor and the nurse there except one off front desk lady .

I remember when I first came to Annapolis pediatrics in 2006. I knew it was the right place to be. Everyone from the receptionist , nurses and doctors. Are so warm, loving and understanding to my children medical needs. I feel blessed with Annapolis Pediatrics family. Thank you all for taking great care of my children medical needs. If you are looking for a loving, caring, professional, reliable and the best pediatrician’s . I strongly recommend Annapolis pediatrics.

Dr. Tsegaye was so understanding and patient when I came in with my sick child. My child was so nervous about seeing a doctor but Dr. Tsegaye made sure to comfort her and make her feel at ease. She answered all my questions with so much care and explained it so clearly annd even followed up with me the following weekend. I really appreciated her professionalism and compassionate approach. Highly recommend her!

The staff at the Crofton location are all very friendly and helpful. We just moved to the area and it is such a nice experience every time we go. Definitely recommend!
