Dr. Wollney is really great with children. I also like that he is willing to take the time to answer your questions and ensure that you understand any treatment plan that he is proposing. Whenever we have had illnesses with our children, he always follows up personally to check in on them and see how they are doing. If you are looking for a knowledgeable doctor that will actually care about you and your family, then I suggest you give him a call!

I have been taking my, now 4 year old, daughter to this office since she was 6 months of age as well as my, now 2 year old son, since birth. I love this Pediatric office and as a Pediatric nurse, myself, I am very particular about where my family members receive any healthcare needs. Dr. Chatterjee and Mrs. Thistle are an absolute dream team when it comes to my kids. They have always provided sound medical advice to various health issues that my children have had to deal with and handle my constant anxiety with ease.Our nurses have always been kind and comforting and we absolutely love Ms. Denise. The office has hours that are hard to find anywhere else and I have never called the after hours hotline and met a voicemail. All the physicians that we have come in contact with have all been diligent and kind. If you are looking for a pediatric office with caring physicians that take the health of your child(ren) seriously, then look no further than Klebanow and associates.

We love this pediatricians office. Dr. Thompson is our main pediatrician, but we’ve seen others in a pinch. They’re wonderful. The NPs and lactation consultants are also good. The nurses are also solid. The office staff is especially lovely and helpful, which makes more of a difference than you’d think in getting care for your kiddos. They’re quick to answer the phone, get you calls back, help with random questions. Shannon is on top of things and Rose in medical records is exceptionally helpful and kind. We love this office.

Let me just say from the moment of my call to make an appt for 3 of my daughters, Tammy was a delight to have spoken to. She took her time on the phone, she did not rush although 2/3 of my daughters were seen I appreciate her still taking my other daughter information to have in the system even when she was not going to be seen. My daughters were seen literally the very next week (awesome!). I went into the office and Linda (receptionist) was a delight as well. The transition for new patient paperwork was smooth, and I did not have to wait long. Dr. Teresa Bourne is very professional, and very good bedside manner, which I really appreciate. I take notice and honor any doctors office with professional doctors and employees. The medical assistant was very nice as well! I don't recall her name, BUT I was very satisfied with my 1st visit, and will most definitely be back to schedule appts as my daughters need! Thank you all!

All 3 of my grandchildren are see here. I always get excellent service from Dr. Brown, Ms. Pauley and any of the other staff with whom I may interact. The coverage is fabulous with after hour care, quickly scheduled sick visits if needed or calls. Lovely facilities with ample parking right at the office doors.

Love this practice! Both of my daughter’s go here and I did as well as a kid (35 years ago) Linda at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Dr. Brown knows how to make kids feels comfortable with little jokes and she’s very informative. I would recommend.

Our family has been patients here for years and are very happy with the practice. Dr. Brown is our primary care provider and she is caring, helpful, and great with kids. Good, solid medical care, combined with the convenience of same day appointments is just what we need in a pediatrician practice. Shoutout to Linda in the office for going above and beyond to make things easy and smooth for parents whatever they need.

This practice and all the staff we've met are exceptional! We had our baby in May and Dr Elizabeth Thompson saw us on a Sunday like a few days after we made an appointment. I had breastfeeding nipple trauma and Mrs Bird called me a few days after I had a lactation appointment with her to follow up on how I was doing. Our baby needed blood drawn and we went to Quest Diagnostics and they poked him a few times and failed to get any blood samples but when I told the Klebanow receptionist, she helped me connect with Dr Woolney right away. He called me and fit me in for a same day appointment and drew his blood and got it right on the first try even though he's only 7 weeks old. They answer the phone and call me back! We love this place and are so glad we picked them!

You often hear horror stories about pediatrician from long wait times, doctors who don’t listen, and a lack of support. When I was younger, I went to a pediatrician who made us wait for hours, even with an appointment. This practice, however, is the complete opposite of those experiences. We’re always seen on time, and every doctor is incredibly knowledgeable. We never have to worry. our babies are truly in good hands. Their emergency line is always answered, and the doctor on call is not only willing to listen but will make sure you’re seen if necessary, even in the early hours of the morning. We have our main doctor (Dr. Thompson) who is amazing but we have seen a few different ones when we had a sick visit and they’re all super great! I’m beyond thankful we found this practice for our girls!

They are a large office with great resources. The doctor is great as a primary care but I took a point because they don't have many sick appointments and often send us to urgent care for sick visits. That seems be a common practice these days with most places.

The entire staff at this office are amazing and so accommodating. They work to ensure every child is comfortable at every level. Love this office.

I went here as a child when we moved here in 1992, and all 3 of my kids go/went here. 2 have aged out and 1 has 6 years left. I love this practice, and Dr. Chatterjee is amazing!

This is a wonderful group to take your kids too. They genuinely care and take time with children. I will forever and always use this practice to take care of my children.

My son, Darian, has been a patient of Dr. Alexander for the majority of his childhood. Our experience has always been wonderful, from the front desk staff to Dr. Alexander and her assistants. Dr. Alexander’s kindness and smile has always puts my son at ease.

We've been coming here almost a decade and are very pleased with our doctor, Dr. Elizabeth Thompson. She has a wonderful way with the children and she has been very responsive in answering questions that are necessary, but don't quite warrant an appointment. They have also been a valuable referral source to other clinicians. We've also seen a few other doctors in the practice for sick visits and they've been awesome!

I had a truly positive experience. The provider was incredibly patient, thoughtful and took the time to listen to our concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great atmosphere, great providers and great experience.

Dr Piner is amazing. As new parents, we always have a lot of questions and She takes the time to answer all of our questions and has never rushed our appointments. she’s gentle with my baby and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this practice and dr Piner specifically .

Dr. Khawaty is the best. She is always there for our little one. Gives great advice or medical needs and getting our little one to the next level. She is prompt and efficient when caring for our little one. Very personal able and involves both parents in the appointment. Thank you for all you do!

We’ve been so impressed with the kindness and attentive care our daughter has received. The nurses have not been the most caring, particularly in the administration of vaccines and blood draws. Every doctor has been incredible, so we are still happy with the practice. The office itself has a very confusing layout.

10/10 would recommend this office to anyone. We have had nothing but friendly, timely and helpful services from everyone we have encountered in the practice. The staff and our pediatrician have taken the time to answer all of our questions. Never once did we feel rushed or judged as new parents for asking a million questions.

As a new patient I got a sick visit same day! They were timely and the NP Jenna was great with my son. Also loved Dr Piner. She was patient took the time to answer my questions .

We brought our newborn here for her very first checkup after a really upsetting experience with another pediatric office that canceled on us at the last minute. From the moment we walked in, everyone at Kenneth M. Klebanow, MD & Associates was so welcoming and kind that it immediately eased our stress. Nurse Hannah was incredibly friendly and gentle with our baby. She made us feel comfortable right away and took her time explaining everything she was doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about the families she helps. Dr. Piner was amazing. She listened to all of our questions with so much patience and understanding, and never made us feel rushed. As new parents, we had a lot of concerns, but she explained everything clearly and helped us understand what was normal and what to look out for. She was very informative and kind throughout the entire visit. It’s such a relief to find a practice that truly values compassion, patience, and communication. We left feeling reassured, supported, and confident that our baby is in great hands. We’ve already scheduled our future appointments here and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Highly recommend this office to any new parents looking for a pediatrician who genuinely cares.

Dr. David is the Best. We are so happy with his professionalism and knowledge. He handles our children with so much love and care. We are so happy we found him and this practice!

We met with Dr. Bolton for our first two appointments home from the hospital with our baby girl. Dr. Bolton was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in her answers to all of her questions. We know we’re in great hands for our next visits with Dr. Bolton, Veronica Wang, and the other members of the team.

The office provides us with several reminders of our appt. They always return calls in a timely manner, including the after hours line. The front desk staff is always kind and works to make sure that the patient experience is good. The medical staff is great, especially when dealing with little ones getting shots. I have great experiences with all the doctors. I am happy to have Dr. Brown as our primary doctor for our little one, she answers our questions honestly and approaches our daughter with so much care. Her kind gentle but straightforward nature is perfect for us.

We are new parents and have been going to see Dr Bolten for the past month. She answers all of questions and she is great with our little one. Everyone at the front desk is also amazing! They are so welcoming and we always enjoy going to our appointments!

Both of my boys see Dr. Wollney and we’re incredibly satisfied with his expertise and professionalism. He’s one of the more senior doctors but the younger docs are great as well. If they’re ever unsure about anything, they always double check with another practitioner and get back to you quickly. Highly recommend this practice for your little ones.
